  If coefficients of a quadratic equation is cyclic, If sum of coefficients = 0, then x = 1 is always a root.

• What is the equation with the root 3 + 2i with real coefficients? 
• If  α and β are the roots of x² - px + r = 0 and α/2 and 2β are the roots of x² - qx + r = 0. Then find the value of r.
